SmithMorgan specialise in unlocking the value of small sites and unoptimized residential land. We are currently looking for more small plots of land which are less than 0.25ha (2,500 sq m) or dwellings with a surplus of land surrounding it which would be suitable to add another. We are looking to work with clients to achieve a range of project scales including single homes, a number of houses or an apartment block.
All of our developments build upon our many years of construction knowledge coupled with our emerging design team to craft new homes that enhance the local area and achieve developments which respond to each site and its unique context.
